• Draw up annual achievable goals and KPI’s. My role at SPDC included • Management of a $2,415,094.34 Fiber to The Home (FTTH) Contract to provide broadband service to users in its residential area. • Conducted Technical studies and prepared reports, Statement of requirements/scope of work for Telecom, Wireless & Radios, Subsea Cables, Wireless Telemetry and SCADA for $2.3Bln Forcados Yokri Integration project. • Provided project management consultancy (PMC) services and review of contractor documents for various projects on Telecom, Radio, SCADA and Telemetry systems for the >$800Mln Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solutions project • Manage a 3 yearly renewable >$3Mln Service contract to deliver Alcatel OmniPCX 4400 Voice Network support for over 12000 end-users and a Contex 240 480 Channel Audio Conference Bridge.• Manage a 3 yearly renewable >$2.6Mln Service contract to deliver routine maintenance and implementation of new Copper and fibre Optic cable infrastructure in more than 50 locations.
