Provide direction and coordination of a team of engineers and technicians to successfully complete the Installation and commissioning of three (3) GE LM6000PD.Provide a realistic and result oriented I&C Preventive maintenance plan to avert unforeseen technical and intended failure during operation.Responsible for all I&C plants MAINTENANCE during operation (3xLM 6000 PD).Responsible for the planning, scheduling, recording, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of all I&C, MAINTENANCE activities.Work on MicroNet Plus and Replacement of LinkNet I/O modules and Field Terminal Module (FTM) . Calibration of all I&C Field Instruments like pressure transmitters,pressure switches, differential pressure transmitters and etc. Also work on different PLCs, DCS. SCADA, fanuc RX3I, and etc.Troubleshooting and maintenance of Fire Protection system, calibration of Combustible gas detector transmitters and replacing of faulty fire modules.Check the proper and safe operation of the Gas Turbine and Balance of Plant (BOP) byEvaluating the running parameter and troubleshooting system faults as they arise.Troubleshooting of Instrumentation and Control faults with Worksheet, P and ID Drawing, and Inter-connect Drawing. Replacing of Faulty Field Instruments: Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD), Thermocouples, Sensors, Gauges, Modules, transmitters, Switches, Solenoid valves, etc.

1. Troubleshooting Gas Turbine and balance of Plant (BOP) Instrumentation and Control Faults as they arise.2. Calibration of Field Instruments: Pressure transmitters and switches Flow transmitters,Level transmitters,Gauges,etc.3. Preventive maintenance and Routine Inspection of Instruments.4. Calibration of variable Bypass valve (VBV) and variable stator vane (VBV) using GE Toolbox.5. Configuring Trend Recorder for online monitoring on the HMI and for troubleshooting.6.Calibration of GE Mark VI Fuel and NOX Control Woodward valves7.Troubleshooting Mark VI, Viewing and Resetting Diagnostic alarms using GE Toolbox. Replacing of Mark VI faulty I/O board and Termination boards.8. Troubleshooting with GE Fanuc 90/70 PLC-Sequencer Logic Master Offline Mode and Replacing of faulty Bus Interface Unit (BIU) and Fanuc Modules.9. Replacing of Faulty Field Instruments: Sensors,Transmitters, Thermocouples,Gauges, Solenoid valves,RTD, Switches, etc.10.Troubleshooting Vibrator Monitor Circuitry, Replacing of faulty Vibration Sensors and Bently Nevada 3500 Monitoring Boards.11.Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Fire Protection System, calibration of Combustible Gas Detector Transmitters and replacing of faulty Fire Modules.12.Troubleshooting the Distributed Control System (DCS) Circuitry.

• Check the proper and safe operation of ABB Gas turbines 13D3 Frame Machine (6X90MW) and their auxiliaries by evaluating the running parameters, and troubleshooting system faults as they arise.• Maintenance of instruments at the ALSCON High Voltage 132KV Gas Insulated (SF6)/Compressed Air and 11KV AEG Indoor Switchgear.• Troubleshooting of Instrumentation and Control faults using P and ID, Worksheet, Flip-flop circuit and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Fire Protection system (SILVANI) and Replacing of faulty Fire Modules, Flame and Smoke Sensors.• Preventive Maintenance and Routine check of all instruments and Control circuitry to ensure reliability.• Replacement of Faulty Field Instruments: Thermocouples, Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD), Transmitters, Sensors, Gauges, Switches, Solenoid Valves, Chart Recorders and Ink pens, etc.• Calibration of Field Instruments: Gauges, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Level Transmitters, Fuel gas Control valve stroke and Fuel Oil Control valve stroke, etc.• Troubleshooting the pulse filter Control circuitry in the air Filter House, Replacing of Faulty Pilot valves, Timers, etc. and Calibration of differential Pressure transmitters and Gauges.• Tracing of the PROCONTROL fault, Replacing of faulty modules: Input, coupling modules etc. and maintenance of Process Computers.• Using Programming, Diagnostic and Display System (PDDS) for Programming of EPROMS, Diagnosing of Faults, Simulation of Input signals, etc.• Maintenance of Gas Reducing Station (GRS) and Black Start Diesel Generator.• Writing of Instrumentation Daily work report.
