The past decade I worked for two global consultancy companies as Senior Principal Leader within business architecture and account management to establish industry verticals and partnerships with Scandinavian based multinational corporations. As management consultant I help my clients streamlining their business processes to improve profit, productivity and quality. I work with corporate strategies, standards, best practices, product life cycle management, change management, business analysis, feasibility studies, creates cross organizational consensus, and runs large global implementation programs.
