I love to support people to improve their metabolic health and functional fitness through the application of nutritional intervention and functional training programs. My programs help people of all ages to improve or prevent chronic disease, become strong and remain physically and mentally independent for longer. Witnessing the disastrous consequences of conventional wisdom and current official guidelines in nutrition on a daily basis is a key driver for me to help make a change. The vast negligence of the importance of regular and consistent strength training to support a healthier and more functional society is morally, economically and ecologically unacceptable.
