From 2004 to 2013. I was employed at the Cherry Café Company and was promoted through all positions. Starting as a dishwasher, he moved to server, then to assistant cook, then to head cook and finally got the position as the Restaurant Manager. Prior to working there, i had served in other food service venues including Pizza Hut for a 1 year, and then as Cafeteria and Food Court Manager at the Inca Garcilazo de la Vega University for 2 years. While there, i was also responsible for doing business and reunion caterings for the university. I opened my own restaurant "La Fragata Grill and Bar" where i learned all the responsabilities and duties that involves to have a restaurant.I have a natural sense of what is needed in a food service setting and can always be counted on to jump in and assist wherever needed. I also have a great well oriented attention to customers’ needs and putting their satisfaction first. I would like to follow my passion in Canada beginning in any aspect of food service and with my experience and friendliness, I will be an asset to any employer.
