Bitfury is a leading full service Blockchain technology company that provides software and hardware solutions to securely move assets across the Blockchain. They also offer expertise to ensure successful, easy, fast, secure, and cost-effective connectivity to the Blockchain. The responsibilities of this position included organizing and launching the work of the regional office, developing the software blockchain business, commercializing the open source Exonum software and the Bitfury framework for building private blockchains, creating over 40 cases of industrial application of blockchain for large businesses and government agencies, creating 9 products on the basis of the Exonum blockchain framework, and creating a functioning blockchain sales pipeline for blockchain solutions through the office and partner channels.

As an advisor to the Head of Department and IT curator for the transport complex, I supervised all subordinate units in regards to IT solutions. My responsibilities included the development and harmonization of over 150 city information systems for traffic lights, surveillance cameras, urban passenger traffic, parking management and payment, and automatic traffic police control systems. I also coordinated the development of IT solutions for the metropolitan area, all land transport, parking management, the center for traffic management, and other subordinate institutions. I was also one of the creators of a system for collecting and monitoring traffic-related data.

Synergy Innovations is the world's first venture fund that focuses exclusively on EdTech startups. As a member of the team, I was responsible for selecting and working with EdTech startups in North America. I organized the work of the venture fund, developed working procedures, assembled a team of analysts, and established a process for selecting and evaluating distance learning startups. I also created and launched a system for communication and collaboration among all of the fund's offices worldwide.

As the Vice President of IT, my main responsibilities included developing a technology strategy for the university, defining key technological development strategies, creating strategies for distance learning, and maximizing the efficient use of various IT resources. I defined the university's IT strategy for educational activities and created the Acada product, which automates the business activity of educational institutions and was implemented in over 80 educational institutions. I also developed the Megacampus project, a distance learning portal where over 180,000 students study online.

At Synergy Soft, a multidisciplinary group of companies that provides services for branding in digital media, I was responsible for the development of three main products: Megacampus, Acada, and Intellectmoney. I also built a studio from scratch to create websites, identities, and multimedia solutions for Synergy Holding and its partners.

I was responsible for developing the coupon platform, customer and partner interfaces at Biglion, a leader in the daily deal space in the CIS region and the top off-price Internet retailer. Additionally, I was involved in business development and establishing partner search processes. Eventually, I sold my share to investors and left the startup.
