-Managing all HR procedures.-Identifying company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process.-Conducting monthly payroll reviews, statistics and reports.-Providing information to employees regarding benefits, insurance and retirement plan.-Managing all employee data in HRIS.-Updating employee records.-Developing and evaluating onboarding plans.-Providing support for employee administration and processing issues.-Assisting in the development and management of HR programs.-Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

-Reviewing CV’s of Turkish and foreign cockpit crews, managing interviews and recruitment processes for eligible candidates.-Conducting broker company research for foreign cockpit candidates, managing contract processes and following paperworks for positive candidates.-Managing the work/residence permit and validation certificate processes for all foreign employees and coordinating with the relevant authorities. (Ministry of Labor - Turkish Civil Aviation)-Regular reporting of wage information (types, categories, fees, deductions, rents, etc.) of all cockpit crews to the relevant departments.-Preparing administrative writings about Check-in / check-out, promotions, wages, assignments, retirements, health reports, leaves, health examination writings of foreign pilots, commander cardrequests, visa writings, office duties notifications, request of payment in advance etc.-Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to relevant authorities, departments and managers.-Perform of Turkish Civil Aviation, EASA, IOSA, ISO and internal quality audits.-Supporting the managers in the root-cause analysis of the findings or observations detectedduring the audits.-Up-to-date follow-up of all national and international regulations and rules published by aviationorganizations and authorities.-Notification of all changes to the cockpit crews.-To follow up SPI (Safety Performance Indicators) data with reports, to analyze data whenconsidered necessary and to prepare informative and/or warning publishing for cockpit crews.
