Conduct designing and performing preventive maintenance, improvement on OEE, mechanical yield improvement, cycle time improvement, machine buy off and testing, facility utilities and hook-up together with machine start-up and second source qualification. Pre-plan spare part replenishment items and conduct descrete screening on identifying root caused of material damages and take up repair action on equipment based on the outcome of the analysis
