I've been a consultant for almost all my professional career. I started my own company at 19 and worked my way up from development tasks to pure management-consulting. I've been doing consulting assignments for almost 28 years now and find myself to be a trouble-shooter by nature and force of habit. I constantly seek out new challenges as I am easily bored, but I charge at those challenges I find with all the energy I can muster. Thus far it has worked out to my, and my customers, advantage.Specialties: Trouble-shooting is my area of expertise. The field does not matter. I have been involved in matters regarding personnel, legal issues, development tasks, managerial tasks, coaching tasks etc. If there is a problem it is likely that I will solve it within the set parameters of the assignment, if I am not able to do so I will tell you that up front. My biggest weakness is that I am impatient. If you want me to manage long-term assignments I prefer to do that in a team that makes up for my short-comings. I will get that team together for you, no problem.
