MobileIron is a public device and data security company - Established MobileIron Cloud services as the next-gen offering for Fortune-500 companies. revenues grew yoy 4x and later 2x as trust was established with world-class enterprises - Instituted a data-drive product decision making culture, including instrumenting multiple client, server software products. The entire organization (incl. sales, customer success & product) is now leveraging data for strategic decision making- Reorganized and energized the engineering and product groups around top key strategic initiatives with a view to controlling the spend on upkeep, feature requests. Organization efficiency and roadmap confidence grew significantly.

Kaltura’s mission is to transform video experiences for social, entertainment and corporate use. After leading the product group in Israel and spending two years in London launching Kaltura’s corporate presence in EMEA, I served in multiple roles, the latest being the executive leader of the cloud and API product group, tasked with owning multiple lines of products. 2014 – 2016 Managing Director, Product2012 – 2014 Senior Director, Solutions2011 – 2012 Senior Director, Product• I led the consumerization of the video product line, via templated, customizable iOS & Android apps, providing a “Netflix in a box” experience for millions of daily active users• I am personally responsible for an integrated product offering for secure video in enterprise content management - the product suite is sold by IBM under an exclusive agreement - pipeline surpasses $10M.• Built a solution and an SDK for the video developer community (more than 5000 signups in first three months). • Drove a new product offering around video media enrichment, securing a $3M deal with Thomson Reuters online video news organization.• Executed on several innovative approaches to increase views, including personalization and showing of related media. These capabilities became the standard for video play-out.
