In charge of computer systems at the hospital. Often in contact with the medical staff, helping them do their job better. Job heavily related to customer support. Involves a lot of troubleshooting and problem solving for a better and quicker solution in any situation.

Responsible for taking care of all the multimedia equipment and setting it up for many types of events.Plenty of contact with many different parties and clients to make sure their event was a successful one. On-the-fly problem solving is a big part of the job, quick thinking and resource management for achieving the most out of any situation is key.
