I have been working as a software engineer almost 10 years.At the beginning of my career, I mainly worked with C# and Sharepoint technologies at Accenture.Besides, I had the opportunity to use plenty of javascript, jquery, css and html in my projects.Then I started working with PEGA which is a BPM tool. In this process, I took part in end-to-end development of PEGA applications and the maintenance of the applications in the production environment.After moving to DefineX as a team leader, I completed PEGA's CSA and CSSA certification programs while continuing to develop PEGA projects.As a team leader; I have done tasks such as managing the project and the team, building the architectural structure, creating of common components, communicating directly with the customers and find solutions, allocating tasks to the team,interviewing new candidates and the training of new joiners.We used Agile methodology as a software development model and JIRA tool for project management in our works.During the 10 years I worked, I made projects for several departments in the banking sector and gained experience.My goal is to complete the PEGA LSA certification program first, then learn about different low code platforms and develop myself further in the low code area.
