• Preparing and updating the feasibility analysis of 356-357 vehicle project• Evaluation and approval of industrial investment and cost feasibilities prepared for 356 Family additional product projects (MY19, MCA, CKD, SKD, etc).• Preparing make-buy, outsource-insource analysis and presenting to the platform and top management.• Controlling, approving and reporting main project budget and serial budget (MG) spendings of the investments and reporting to the platform and management.• Controlling, approving and reporting ODMs for cost reduction&quality improvement purposes.• Monthly calculation of vehicle and optional transfer prices by influencing material cost, technical-commercial efficiency, raw material and macroeconomical effects, transformation, financial fee, etc. and presenting variance analysis to FCA finance and platforms.• Calculating IRF prices for FCA, spare part prices for FCA, PSA, OPEL and local market daily, reporting monthly and updating globally for all parts yearly.• Controlling, approving and reporting R&D department’s functional expenses and investments, calculating hourly cost of R&D service.• Controlling and invoicing R&D Engineering activities to FCA, quoting and invoicing Engineering activities to local companies.

• Responsible for underwriting, sales and distribution channel management of all property and technical lines businesses (Fire, Terrorism, Construction, Powergen, Energy)• Responsible for increasing premium production and underwriting profitability to contribute into company targets by negotiating policy and/or reinsurance terms, creating commission income and improving client relationship• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of company financials and analysis of results compared to market conditions in respect of growth, premium production, pricing, conditioning, profitability and channel distribution• Analyzing proposal forms-demands-wordings for insurance/reinsurance, making decision of coverage and/or retention of company, determining the inclusions, rates, deductibles, and special conditions, preparing the reinsurance placement• Issuing and managing policies, preparation of free text policy documents, reinsurance cover notes and debit/credit notes which are all subject to Turkish Treasury compliance and regulations• Preparing sliding scale commission calculations, facultative premium payments and/or treaty payments and aiding the accounting department
