-I have been working as a Product Development Engineer for the X1318 Project (Clio-6) at OYAK-Renault factory from the very beginning of the Development Phase on the IP & Dashboard – Cross Car Beam side.-Responsible of Manufacturing BOM, technical drawings and customer specifications.-Managing for delivery of data transferring and accuracy of CAD Product definitions / Drawings / Prototype Samples.-Responsible for product validations with related design tools and technical skills to achieve design requirements.-Team member evaluating PFMEA, Equipment Design, Problem Solving Activities, APQP and productivity improvement tasks-Strong understanding and handling PLM-Enovia ( New PDM - Catia-V6 )-Working with design team / Project & Operational Managers, ensuring the production of the prototypes, pilot and pre-serial, PSW parts on time.

During my internship I took part in all operations, Universal lathe, CNC milling cutter, welding, assembly operations, laser cut, bending, press brakes. Apart from all that, I have designed the sheet metal components, preparing their manufacturing and bending technical drawings.As a member of prototype and design department, i was following the revisions, preparing slides in english, co-ordinating the interfacility activities between Design and Manufacturing departments within the scope of BOBCAT security cab.In order to understand processes in facility, I took part in other departments as well to learn what are their responsibilities.
