Everything But The House (EBTH) is a full-service estate sale, consignment, and e-commerce marketplace for pre-owned goods. EBTH raised $103 million in venture capital (led by Spark, Greycroft, and Greenspring) and grew to a high of 27 markets with nearly 1,000 employees. Built the technology, IT, product, design, and data science teams from scratch. Leveraged machine learning extensively to dynamically merchandise and personalize the buyer experience as well as increase operational efficiency by applying labor targets based on predicted item values.
