As part of an offering team, I have actively participated in sales support including filling RFI, RFP, on-site visiting to customers and Card Suite product presentations. As part of promoting Card Suite activities, I have participated in various industry events as speaker.

My main task was to create the team to manage Card Systems for Ecobank group. The card systems were working for each Eacobank group bank - more than 33 banks in more than 32 countries.My main achievements were:1) Card System team (>20 people) was working with minimal assistance from the vendor. 2) Card Systems became most stable systems in a group with up-time more than 99,9%3) Delivered many projects for group card business: implementation EMV cards for each group bank, PCI DSS certification, credit and pre-paid cards implementation, Instant card functionality, Paper-less pin and many other projects.

My main responsibilities were: 1) Consultation of existing customer for Tieto cards systems solutions options and capabilities; 2) Preparation of description and assistance in evaluation of change requests; 3) Active participation for new customer acquisition process and new Tieto product development. My main achievement was active participation in development and implementation of new generation acquiring and issuing management system.
