  At Shieh MOF-Chemical Biology Lab, I had the opportunity to:1. Gain an in-depth understanding of Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) materials, including their structures, synthesis methods, and various applications in chemical biology.2. Learn the process of embedding enzymes, such as Catalase and Lysozyme, into MOF and Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework (ZIF) materials, exploring their potential for biocatalysis.3. Conduct practical experiments with Lys@ZIF-90, investigating its antibacterial properties against B21 bacteria, which contributed to our understanding of its efficacy in biomedical applications.
