In 2024, I got started studying Master of Business Administration in Seoul University. It will be good to expand my business insight for a decision making and solving difficult problems. Meeting various great people, I am trying to find my capability and potential as a good leader. Also, I joined into EMBA program at YALE SOM, met great professors, and got global insight. I will give a presentation and talk about How to use and apply Gen-AI to GMP audit work based on my experience with AWS in November.In 2023, I am leading Data Integrity team to manage all GMP data in QC and production based on computerized system. CS and DI will be well controlled by the advanced strategy of data management policy and SOP. Also, I will draw the blue print to be the global company as a leader of Quality strategy planning team as well. In view of Quality Management Maturity, I tried to assess our system defects through Process Innovation tool and continually improve our quality systems. Also, we finally have decided and finished to introduce better Veeva EDMS and LMS as an advanced document controlled and traning management function in 2022In the first half of 2020, I was studying and joining in SCM(S&OP) project to improve our effiency and accuracy of P/S/I. This project is including Equipment management, MRO materials, and productivity of human resources. In 2019, I worked with EY consultation company to build up to-be process map, CSF, KPI on 8 mega process. Moreover, new innovative projects were defined and executed. In 2018, I moved to strategy plan division in HQ to innovate our business process related with all value chain.In 2016, I joined in the conference at orlando, FL. Meeting with LIMS users, we shared and discussed the trend and new regulation coming out of US FDA. Also, I worked with GQC leader who had worked pfizer, GSK, and CSL to improve and learn cGMP and efficacy of management for Quality control. I completed and participated in Computerized System Validation and US FDA Audit training course at Frederick Maryland, USA in April, 2013.I was trying to improve our level of Quality control management system and reviewing introduction of LIMS into our laboratory to make our work automated and prove our data integrity. In order to get expertise, I visited to Bluemoutain, Sydney, Australia in Agust, 2013.I major in Chemistry at Konkuk university until 2008 and studied English at Language school of Mission Colleage in San-jose, CA, USA from 2006 to 2007.
