Implemented and deployed an in-flight transformation project to reform the current manufacturing system of work and enable a live-data view of ongoing work on the shop-floor rather than daily summaries, utilising mobile device management and KPIs to monitor and manage facility performance.Created and implemented business wide metrics using Excel Visual Basic Application (VBA) to streamline data processing significantly, reducing the task duration by over 80% from 2-3 hours to just 20 minutes. I was then able to develop data visualisations and present this to senior management and stakeholders. Wrote and formatted around 40 user guides, process instructions and manufacturing handbooks to business standard published to the business management system, now used throughout the business.Produced a solution to tie together the 500-strong manufacturing engineering workforce through an intranet site, initially intended to reduce attrition rates, recognised by senior management and group directors.

I created and modelled CAD designs and 2D technical drawings of parts in the Ergonomics systems and Chassis. I also researched materials, manufacturing and assembly solutions and assisted during the experimentation and manufacturing stages.

I worked alongside a team of treatment coordinators and healthcare administrators to provide a high standard of service. I also handled and actioned over a hundred inbound and outbound calls daily in a customer facing position. I was required to provide support to patients and direct them to the necessary personnel where required, as well as follow procedure and protocol to protect personal details and information regarding patients.
