Project: Bediencentrale, Den Haag. Value: EUR 10M Construction of a control centre for ships and traffic.Day to day:- Managed the project end to end, from demolishing of the site, to site installation and foundation final delivery of structural work packages.- Drafting a technical (purchase) file and assisting project manager in finding the right subcontractors by evaluating bids and scope.- Selecting the right contractors for each work package, for example, a different contractor for foundation, for ground works etc. To ensure the right selection, I would compile and evaluate/compare the bids of each supplier, negotiate and finalize. - Supervision and fulfillment of the design and engineering work of subcontractors. Conducting clash detection of the design.- Review and draft workplans and methods, including safety plans and risk analysis.- Contributing to and ensuring the work is in line with the project’s overall planning.- Ensuring permits and documentation are approved and on time.- Providing documentation to the site superintendent, which includes making a lean planning.Stakeholder management: - Various subcontractors for each work packages, for this project I evaluated and managed up to 6 contractors at the same time. - Municipality (client), for approvals and delivery of the project.Achievements: - Successfully hired contractors within budget.- Also took over the responsibility of the site supervisor to ensure quality assurance and conducted daily safety walks, uncovered zero safety related issues.- Approved documentation by client and municipality housing authorities within planning timelines.Tools/Software: AutoCad, Solibri (3d Bim), MS project, SharePoint, Mural Lean planning

Project: Terraced Tower, Rotterdam. Value: EUR 60M. A 104m high-rise building with 334 apartments.Day to day:- Drafting and maintaining the quality and inspection process with the client and project team.- Accountable for site inspections with subcontractor, client (investors) and apartment owners for final acceptance as required.- Compile and handover of the as-built technical documentation to the client and owners.- Responsible for the entire document management system for the project.- Review and approval of technical documentation of subcontractors.- Supervision of the engineering work of finishing subcontractors according to the approved documents.Stakeholder management: Managing Investors that were real estate companies, site superintendent of the client, 82 apartment owners, rental company, 242 tenants (aftercare), 5+ subcontractors.Achievements:- Fulfilled the wishes of 82 apartment owner.- Ensured on time delivery of the project.- Ensured building regulations (bouwbesluit) were met.Tools: EdControls (client) and LetsBuild (internal) for quality inspection, Autocad, Relatics and Revit (3d bim).

Project: De Groene Boog, A16 Rotterdam. Value: EUR 900M. A 11 km highway for city of Rotterdam. Drafting CMDB-plan in accordance to the project management plan.Drafting Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for as-maintained documentationSetting up asset management database from scratch according to the clients need and planCollecting information from stakeholders and filling the database from the project information according to the ISO 15288 standards.Achievement:Passing external audits for acquiring the ISO 15288 certification, which was a major milestone in order to start the project.Tools: Weaver platform, Relatics and Microsoft office.

Projects in parallel: Keersluis Limmel (execution phase) , Traverse Dieren (execution phase), Sluishuis Amsterdam (tender phase), Theater Den Bosch (tender phase) and Dubai Engineering department (Internal project) -Managing project life cycle: tailoring execution processes according to each project.-Setting up and guiding the Besix Project management tool (Relatics) on projects. This include drafting a -Work breakdown structure (WBS), Requirement analysis (RBS), Object breakdown structure (OBS) etc.-Implementing various Besix processes in the project; Verification and validation, Risk and quality management etc.- Implementing SE on Dubai based projects: Dubai Reverse Osmosis and Dubai Waste to Energy. Support the DED management team in SE decision-making process. Creating a SE knowledge bridge between Besix NL and DED. Provide SE training to the local staff.
