Under the supervision Responsible for Compliance with the effective implementation of daily and weekly production plans to guarantee the product's timely availability.Request Raw materials and packaging in advance and confirm the package's quality and quantity agains the BOM and material requisition when it receives.Optimize performance and maintain the area requirements, housekeeping standards, GMP,SOP,and BPI compliance.Maintain accurate documents Manufacturing, washing, filling, and autoclaving.Maintain discipline in the area with close staff movementmonitoring.Maintain the facility in accordance with GMPs and make sure all the processes, Security of the production department's possessions, including machinery and materials.Responsible to maintain training documents.In case of any breakdown, communicate with Engineering, storage, and mechanical.Responsible for SAP work related to production.Responsible for staff rotation in day shift staff.Responsible to control unnecessary expenses of the department.
