Set supply chain professionals focusses on just graduated students interested in a supply chain traineeship. During the traineeship planning assignments of 6-12 months are done at customers, during 3 years. Besides the operational planning role, there is also a need for process improvement where the trainee has to contribute. I have founded Set because I see a need for more and better supply chain planners. Many companies are too hesitant to hire just graduated students. As a consequence a lot of Supply Chain talent is lost for planning roles. During my operational experience of more than 15 years in leading planning teams I have been recognized for my talent to develop others and get the best out of people and teams. With the traineeship and the talent pool I like to help companies and trainees to grow their performance and capabilities. I enjoy the positive feedback of our customers who overcame their hesitations.
