Work as liaison for construction team and specialized installation process. Construction management and supervision of capital projects, landscapes, and playgrounds. Manage a total of 6 sites and daily average of 20 workers. Document and record construction with reports and photography. Manage capital projects averaging $1.5 mil in construction costs. Authorize on-site changes and respond quickly to solve site issues. Verify site elevations and other field conditions. Finalize unit quantities for fair pricing and bidding. Coordinate layout, installation and inventory. Develop as-built drawings for final conditions. Review specifications and approve submittals for construction installations. Worked closely with lead interior designer to produce design guide for international retail construction. Developed 3D prototypes of store fixtures and elements. Documented international development with photographs. Compiled look-books for potential clients to convey required/desired Aveda store elements and culture. Assisted closely with construction document development, administration and management.
