Primary responsibilities include design, development and ensuring quality offshore delivery for Front/ Middle office trade capture application (known as eBlotter) in credit derivative segment.This trade capture application is a java Swing based application and has many upstream/ downstream systems attached with it and it communicates with them via Webservice/ JMS. This application supports most of the credit derivative products like – CDS, CDS Index, Index Tranche, etc.This Trade Capture system has the capability of Straight Through Processing and reconciliation of the trade with Back office. This ensures correctness of the captured trade and involves minimum MO/ FO intervention. Also, this system has been upgraded in accordance of new Industry Initiatives.From very beginning, I am involved in swing/ J2ee/ Wevservice based development and managing smooth timely quality delivery of offshore development team. Also one of my major responsibilities is to coordinate among development team, QA Team and Support team as business expects.Also, working with Business Analyst team to gather and finalize requirement is another responsibility that I am accountable for. Recently started working on Bank’s own developed Integrated Platform Quartz based on Python. This platform provides uniform model/ interface/ reporting across the products/ asset class.Currently I am leading a team of size 4.In 2009 got P.R.I.D.E award for outstanding contribution which helped company to grow business in Asia and EMEA region, in the Trade Capture project.In 2010 last qtr again got P.R.I.D.E award for outstanding contribution.

Primary responsibilities were to design and development of revenue assurance studio for telecom service provider. Also, server side development to make the revenue assurance studio perform remotely to help clients analyze and view most updated functional and operational report. Played a leading role in the design and developing of web based administration console for our Systems Integration Platform which serves as configuration, repository interaction and deployment aids to the main product using Servlets and JSP.Played leading role on the development of plug-ins of the integrated studio product that aims to provide Revenue Assurance for Telecom companies. This studio framework and all of its plug-ins developed in java swing and configurable to run at with remote server as required giving user ultimate flexibility. Developed a set of re-usable GUI Components (Like Database Table/View to JTable with where condition Builder, data export facility and paging), APIs (JTable to HTML, MS-Excel export, Printing of JTable) for the company’s all Swing based products.Developed a set of server side components (stateful and stateless session beans) to make our swing based studio workshop and web based portal as remote clients. Developed re-usable Reporting component for our products using ‘IText’ PDF library. Also, developed charting modules using ‘JFree chart’ for dashboard and other different components of our products.
