Sales is challenging but it's fun once you start enjoying it.Finance:-Managing Lawyer and Client accounts as per their payment terms. Social Media Marketing:-Managed all the social media channels for our startup. Role was to engage users and get more likes and followers on the channels.CRM:-Setting up of CRM for Sales team to avoid any kind of delay in communication with the client and to ensure that services are provided on/before the promised time.Data Analysis:-Analysis of the data to forecast the sales and future requirements of assets and Resources in the company. Very familiar with data analysis and excel dashboards.Customer Service:-Ensuring best customer experience in dealing with the lawyers and all court procedures. It's the most important factor which keeps you motivating to work hard to make things easy for the society. My role was to ensure proper help of the clients having legal issues and delivering them best possible guidance from the lawyers.Product Manager:Familiar with all the aspects of making Product Strategy, Releases, Ideation, Features and Go-to-market plan.Being a product manager, my role was to Observe, Strategise, market and Fix all the product related things and deliver the best possible solution to increase efficiency of the users.I have build Case Management Tool i.e. Legal CRM. It is one stop solution for Corporate Legal Teams, Advocates and Individual Users to manage their Cases, tasks, Payments, Documents, Teams, Calendar, Judgments and many more things.
