Onboarding new cells to the platform, and helping them navigate through the entire process.Advising cells on the various best practices for execution of the email campaigns.Implementation of the new tools introduced and exploring features for individual use cases, and guiding other colleagues on their queries for the same.

Responsible for collaborating with cells/practices in the firm on their Reach & Relevance projects.Designing email campaigns for knowledge disseminations or invitations to the firm events, to the clients.Maintaining data hygiene and quality of the records in the system.

Supporting the team with the research to maintain data hygiene and quality.Designing customized reports and statistical analysis to produce some useful results and conclusions.Coordinating and communicating with cells/practices to send the firm published articles, reports, studies, newsletters etc. to their clients and managing their contact list.Working directly with CRM Leader Asia Hub on day to day requests.Attending and contributing to problem solving sessions with the team
