• Responsible for solving the technical queries of the sites related to the platform like EDC, ePRO, CTM.• Managing the sites related documents for the clinical trials.• Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the CRO and Principal Investigator.• Conducting SIVs and software training to Principal Investigator and Research Staff.• Responsible for the startup phase of clinical trials.• Managing day to day site operations.
