• Overseeing all technical aspects and technological resources of an organization for the purpose of organizational growth. • Will direct all employees in IT department to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan. • Define the development stack, technical roadmap and IT framework in collaboration with the business & Product Managers. • Recruit, manage and mentor a top-class development team • Create a high performance, innovative, collaborative, continuous learning and improving technology culture • Oversee IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures • Develop and direct safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches, fraud, and compliance • Evaluate new technology and make recommendations on technological solutions • Handle any technical/security crisis in real-time and make sure to prevent future crisis• Adapt in strategic planning, especially when it comes to the upcoming development phases

• Managing IT and Software Operations • Planning and Scheduling • Participating and performing data-based analysis of Product, Services, and Solution.• Preparing follow-up and result reports, and internal evaluations. • Monitoring existing customer satisfaction, complaints and needs, and plans for necessaryactions for existing and future products, services and solutions. • Conduct research in coordination with the research team to know the product, services and solutions need in the market and participate in a vision workshop.

• Managing the Academic Operations of the Assigned Graded Program. • Class Planning and Scheduling• Managing Course Delivery and Faculty Relations, Student Relations Management, Examinations, and Internal evaluations. • Teach all the subjects related to Electrical Engineering.

• Develop a curriculum of Hardware and Robotics training program for Electronic and Computer Engineering students. • Develop a curriculum of Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine learning for Engineering and IT students.• Facilitate training programs. • Supervised major and minor projects of undergraduate level Electronic and Computer Engineering students.

I was chosen as one of 16 fellows for the 2023 Inclusive Education program with Teach For All and the Oak Foundation.In six months of fellowship, I learned:✅ Effectiveness of STEAM in promoting inclusive education.✅ Culturally sustaining pedagogy, UDL, and Metacognition insights.✅ Awareness of educational emergencies.✅ Successfully completed an action research on "Importance of STEAM in Nepalese schools for inclusive education."Now, I have acquired skills in modern educational pedagogy, gained expertise in collective leadership, and had the opportunity to understand global perspectives and practices in inclusive education.
