Built the branding.Learning & Development - Take up activities and ensure end-to-end completion of the Training. Making of Annual &Monthly Training Planner/ Calendar. Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.Facilitation session/Finding Trainers / Feedback survey and analysis/ Attendance management. Track the training project regularly and collect feedback. Regular process training to the team and new joiners.Off Boarding-Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminated employees, coordinating for clearance with the department.
