Managed design and implementation of WMoS LMS for two distribution centers, 500k sq.ft and an existing 350k sq.ft. Performed Time and Motion studies using MOST to create the standards for packing and hauling operations, which resulted in effective labor management and efficiency analysis of the processes. Successfully implemented Labor standards in online order packing area which attributed for $248,000 cost savings and 47% performance increase in total throughput.Analyzed waving methodology during high volume season to increase the throughput by 20% on daily basis.
