- Towards effective production of P8I aircraft (Boeing 737), conceptualised and executed contracts for procurement of mandatory spares, repair orders/ Annual Maintenance contract.- To enhance the operational availability of P8I (Boeing 737) Ground Support Equipment, conceptualised and commissioned 20 by type GSE worth 110 crore through foreign source to 40 crore by indigenous sources, actively interfacing with development yard and Quality Assurance agencies for trials and commissioning.- Effectively coordinated timely production of multiple P8I aircraft through in-house capabilities and ensured saving to exchequer worth 50 crore to ensure aircraft availability for operational commitment.
