My role spanned business strategy, creating the business plan and pitch deck, and handling negotiations with potential investors including angels and early-stage focused venture capital firms.

In January 2011, I co-managed the issuance process for Tata Steel's landmark follow on public offer of equity shares amounting to nearly US$800mn.Subsequently, I was the first employee of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team of Tata Steel and was instrumental in building up this critical function covering operational, financial, strategic, market, regulatory, and human resource risks.
