I was a high school graduate when I decided to come Australia for my further study and career development. I came here not just to learn about coding or theoretical knowledge but about the working culture, time management, and to learn about the modern technology from the highly developed economy. Over the years I started working in various sector from which I've developed and enhanced a lot of skills. I try to improve everyday both physically and mentally that's why I've managed to start from kitchen hand and within 2 years got promoted as cook. Worked as an intern to develop food delivery app and got succeeded. Here are the summary of my past work experiences, skills accordingly to SFIA Framework.1. Business Situation Analysis (BUSA): Started working as an online team member and my experience made me a team leader. I can work alone , make a decision etc. The pandemic also taught me how situation can change rapidly and business needs to adapt quickly.2. Strategic Planning (ITSP): It was my responsibility to lead and advice other team member. I planed and executed about pickup, delivery, sheets etc. I also ensured that new team members were getting proper guidance and maintain standard of quality. 3. Service capacity, incident ,People management (SLMO, CPMG, USUP, PEMT) : Every day was a new challenge whether its team member calling sick, service delayed, broken truck or below standard, I faced those issues but I do handle the complexity well with the help of my manager. 4. Data Management, User experience analysis, User research (DATM, UNAN, URCH) : Gathering data, its management alongside user experience and research is my main role as business analyst. Last couple of months I’ve been able to test my skill in my professional work.5. Relationship and engagement, people and skills : Past 6 years working in various roles within Australian work industry has taught me one thing and that is to be professional no matter what you do. Team work , proper communication, taking responsibilities etc. are the key aspect for success in any industry.
