• Making Welcome call and sending Welcome note.• Generating Statement of Accounts from Oracle.• Sending the Payment Receipts to Client.• Sending payment request to Clients, once receive the intimation from site.• Payment intimation call to client.• Payment reminder call to client.• Payment reminders being sent to clients and keeping track of default payments and accordingly send the review letters and cancellation letter.• Sending monthly progress photos to client.• Sending the TDS challans to client.• Handling calls, answering e-mails and resolving client's queries. • Co-ordination with the site staff for latest updates of the project & for site visits of Clients.• Preparation of possession documents and possession hand over formalities to clients.• Transfer, Swapping & Cancellation cases documentation and interaction with clients who intends to the apartment.• Maintaining data base of all clients and sending daily reports to the team lead.
