In my present capacity, I am accountable for handling all the different elements of the visual effects (VFX) shots. I also manage the compositors, their work, and review quality. Additionally, I also ensure the continuity of sequences.My other job duties include : • Supervise, from an esthetic and a technical point of view, each step of the department (R&D to final delivery of the projects) to ensure that it meets the concepts, the style, the quality of the production required for VFX projects, and to the constraints of other departments. • Follow the guidelines of the VFX Supervisor, the Art Director, the Producers, and the clients and take all necessary means to ensure a good path. • Create a strategy to set up a global vision and execution for each project. This, in terms of technical feasibility and design, provides production solutions that will maintain the artistic vision of the project. • Ensures the quality and quantity of work performed by the respective teams. • Confirm all the necessary additional references needed to start a project. • Accountable for presenting the shots in dailies or other creative reviews to all crew members. • Assess, and propose suggestions/alternatives to get desired vision within the production process. • Find creative solutions to ways and different production problems to ensure compliance with internal deadlines and budgets. • Oversee, and review the final QC and tech check on overall deliveries of shots. • Dexterously steer project teams for delivering final shots considered creatively and technically sound within project timelines and man-days allotted. • Plan, and formulate the bids and timelines for ambiguous sections of the movie comprising creativity and technology.Furthermore, I act as the 2d Supervisor to mentor artists functioning on a specific show. I also prepare daily and weekly planners, distribute information to team members and update the schedules as well as deliveries.

As Senior Compositor / Team Lead, I leveraged a complete understanding of the VFX pipeline to handle the individual and multiple shots for whole commercials.
