Current1. Drove redevelopment of internal procedure to improve the manual and spare parts for any new mechanical design module and supplied alignment jig set with manual for new customer 2. Developed and implemented new procedures to enhance the understanding for Operation Manual, PM Manual and Mechanical Parts Manual for F-series, Z-series, XD-series and TSC-series machines 3. Led 5+ training sessions with customer teams including operator, technician and engineer on several projects for machine operation and troubleshooting 4. Responsible for advised and resolved customer’s request and needs for local and international customers
