Established the infrastructure for an in-house facility for specific professional training and development; designed the curriculum for each working level, eliminating dependence on external agencies and enabling 30% cost saving; Awarded the coveted Chief of the Naval Staff commendation for the achievement.

Maximised operational efficiency, risk control and preparedness of the organisation valued at INR 1500 crore, by training and transforming a team of 250 culturally and functionally diverse personnel into a highly trained, engaged and motivated group by leveraging exceptional employee engagement and relations.

Led multi-functional teams of up to 40 members and conducted quality inspections of war fighting equipment followed by audits and trials at sea prior clearing the platforms for commissioning and induction into the Navy. Coordinated with Indian vendors and foreign shipyards to align equipment needs to changing technology trends, defining layouts, prior to the final trials. Undertook well planned and innovative trials to minimise duration of sea sorties saving about INR 110 Cr of project cost.

Successfully managed three major projects of Operational Readiness workups of afloat platforms involving readiness of operational machinery and processes, damage control facilities, habitability upgradations, manpower training, safety management processes, collaborative problem solving and cross team integration and saved 800 hours of manhours and about 120 hours machinery hours resulting in saving revenue costs of about INR 80 crores.

Augmented Gender parity Initiatives of the organisation as Training Officer for first few batches of women in the Indian Navy and oriented them towards the life in Indian Navy. The opportunity (first amongst three services) offered to undertake Training and Development of women officers by the government was leveraged efficiently to provide a highly skilled and motivated inclusive human capital. The officers (men and women) were shaped into effective high performing officers and the role models for subordinates.
