For about one year, I taught the 'Road to Cambridge' course to ESL primary students, focusing on developing their English language skills through interactive and engaging lessons. I managed a class of 12 Primary 1 students, designing activities that captivated their interest and facilitated effective learning. Additionally, I assessed student work, provided constructive feedback, and maintained detailed records of their progress to ensure continuous improvement and tailored support for each student.

Over a span of 13 days, I conducted 587 public surveys to gather valuable feedback on Lands Tribunal services. Using the collected data, I produced an official HKSAR report that thoroughly evaluated the effectiveness and areas for improvement within the Lands Tribunal. This report provided critical insights and recommendations based on detailed survey data analysis, demonstrating my ability to handle large-scale data collection and analysis projects efficiently.
