I have gained valuable insights and skills through my previous roles, as well as my current position.In the past, I served as a "volunteer for Bangladesh" and worked as a project officer, actively contributing my time and skills to support community-focused activities. Additionally, I worked as an interpreter for SPARC, promoting effective communication and understanding among individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds. I also served as an ILO enumerator, contributing to data surveys and research initiatives, which enhanced my skills in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.Furthermore, I gained practical experience as an HR intern at Univogue Garment, developing expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development. My research internship at IID focused on community development and social impact, strengthening my research skills and commitment to evidence-based practices.Currently, I am engaged as a junior executive in the communication department, where I handle social media, data collection, communication, Microsoft Office, Outlook management, website management, video editing, and graphic design. Through my work, I continue to enhance my expertise in these areas while staying updated on industry trends.Belonging to the Chak community from Bandarban district, I carry with me a deep sense of pride in my cultural heritage and a strong commitment to representing and advocating for the rights and empowerment of my community. I am dedicated to bridging the gaps and addressing the unique challenges faced by the Chak community.
