As the sole designer I manage the creative needs of the business in the areas of marketing and e-learning course content production. I liaise with the directors determining the promotional materials aims and ensuring the continuity of the companies branding. I manage my own work load and I coordinate with the team to ensure deadlines are met. I have exclusive responsibility for post production of video training programmes for the e-learning site, editing the video footage and combining it with static and motion graphics. I produce the company's printed marketing materials including product brochures, flyers, trade show materials and advertorial layouts.I have designed a variety of the companies websites and promotional landing pages, google re-marketing campaigns, email campaigns and animated promotional banners. I also oversee the production of training DVDs and transferring of the edited programmes to various formats for both off and online viewing.
