Working within a busy security firm managing the day to day operations of the business. Reporting to the Managing Director I oversee the implementation of all new contracts, recruitment of manpower, HR issues and as well as the ongoing client liaison of our existing clients and contracts. I also have responsibility for the continued compliance of our various security lead accreditation including ISO9001, SafeContractor as well as our ACS approval. As the Senior Consultant I had responsibility for managing the "Midlands Team". Managing 4 other consultants and reporting to the Regional Manager, responsible for delivering all aspects of the sales targets. In a fast paced and target driven industry, this sales role required me to build relationships as well as develop and motivate a team to deliver what was required.

Working with Compass Group; the world's largest food service provider for 14 years in a variety of roles and sectors which included Recruitment Consultant, Relief Area Manager and also General Manager. During my time with Compass Group I have managed contracts worth over £3m and lead teams of up to 38 staff, whilst delivering the highest standards possible.
