An internal rework/repair certification procedure was developed in coordination with various groups to ensure a safe, fair, repeatable and equitable process. In addition, I implemented regular training performance reporting mechanisms to measure training performance improvements against target.

As a Rework/Repair Operator and Subject Matter Expert within the RIM/BlackBerry organization, I successfully identified and completed Surface Mount Technology repairs on the Printed Circut Board/Populated Printed Circut Board, in conjunction with the Repair Technicians. This task was completed by assessing the Populated Printed Circut Board for repair and utilizing internally developed repair/rework process based on IPC criteria, accessing the needed drawings and materials within eMatrix/Enovia to complete the tasks. The repairs completed, inspected, and returned to the technician with additional feedback as necessary to optimize time for repairs.Additionally supported the Organizational needs for new hire testing and training.
