* Help renew and expand the Skirball Business Partners program, currently comprising twenty-six restaurants and vendors, as well as garner company sponsorships for Welcome Week 2022/2023. * Plan and manage the sponsorships tabling fair for Welcome Week 2022/2023. Introduce new and returning students to local businesses, providing restaurants and vendors opportunities to offer students coupons, giveaways, and samples* Help to process, record, and acknowledge donor gifts* Research artistic projects for marketing and promotions* Support the marketing development teams at NYU Skirball

* In charge of the curation of the exhibition “Dialogue x Nature,” artist research, negotiation of artists contracts, and general coordination.* Actively involve with stationery and graphic design, and social media content creating.* Plan and manage the opening ceremony of Peace Carnival* Vendors negotiation, sponsor outreach, and conducting project management reports.

* Creating event concepts* Fulfilled contractual obligations including communications, schedule creation, and day of event coordination* Perform various translation and interpretation duties from Chines to English (English to Chinese).
