As the HSEQ Officer at A&O Engineering, I have the opportunity to make small impacts on the lives our workers every day.I manage the compliance of our people and assets. I’m currently overseeing the implementation (and hopefully soon certification) of three ISO certifications as well as working in the role of an on-site safety officer.Previously, I worked at School of Rigging as a high risk work trainer and business manager, which led me into pursuing safety. I enjoy the organisational and safety impacts of my role, making the changes I can to make work run smoother and safer.
