I completed a field internship at the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant, where I gained a unique insight into the intricate world of nuclear energy and its on-ground applications. This exposure allowed me to witness engineering at its most challenging and to broaden my horizons.My office internship with Izmir Metropolitan Municipality further expanded my knowledge. I delved into the intricacies of the construction process, from inception to completion, gaining an understanding of urban planning and building regulations. During this time, I honed my practical skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and SAP software.My ability to work effectively within teams, my problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, and my quick learning aptitude have been crucial in my journey. These attributes, combined with a keen interest in sustainability and innovation, have been integral to my approach.One of my notable experiences was contributing to the project "Use of municipal solid waste ash in concrete" in our university's Material Science Laboratory, where I learned to balance engineering with environmental sustainability.
