Led and trained 28 junior personnel in the preservation and maintenance of CBR-D Equipment. Supervised the installation of a brand new Improved Point Detection System (IPDS) G-Nerve and H-Blister Agent Detector Units onboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. Conducted 243 hours of instruction involving CBR-D countermeasures.

Leading role in the revamping of the ships CBR-D Program, strategic relocating of equipment, and revising outdated training lectures. Conducted 72 hours of instruction involving shipboard CBR Defense. Advised the command on how to integrate into the normal organization the functions necessary to prepare for, defend against, and recover from Shipboard CBR involvement. Supervised 3 personnel performing maintenance and inventory of CBR-D equipment.
