Designed new power divider for use in an RMC supplied for Nortel and helped slash costs by more than 50 % eliminating all previous production tuning of the divider. Design was state of the art in terms of manufacturability.

Rf EngineerAllgon Jan 1992 - Sep 1997In the R&D department for radio base station components, work included design verification and testing of filter combiner systems and directional couplers. Specialized in design of resonators and phasing harness for combiner system. Led design efforts for the first Waveguide resonator combiner for Lucent Technologies PCS (TDMA) base station, which generated more than $50 million in orders. This project was accomplished under very tight deadlines and budget restraints. Redesigned the current ¼ resonator which was one of the key factors in the decision of Mcaw cooperation (now AT&T wireless) selection of Auto tune combiner for their AMPS cellular system. This project generated more than $40 million in orders with an excellent profit margin. Designed the first prototype of ceramic AMPS and PCS ceramic resonators.
