• Maintenance: 3YMP’s: Align regional and local plans and budgets to Odfjell goals and strategy. Mentoring and supporting role for regional and local maintenance managers executing Capex projects.
• Operational Excellence: Share operational, maintenance and QHSE best practices with regional and local organizations in order to maximize cost efficiency and support and further enhance operational excellence.
