Project Manager for Project Renaissance, a change project for the US organization to increaseEBITDA, adjust and align organization to focus on core business. In my currect role I am responsible to:• Strategy: Establish the Global Maintenance strategy, ensuring safe and reliable assets to serve our customers and contribute to the Global Technical Strategy.• Plan & budget: Analyse maintenance budgets and define the Global maintenance philosophy. Support the regions and all terminals in setting up Terminal Master plans for the future.• Organisation, Policies, procedures and systems: Translate and support implementation of applicable Odfjell standards, principles and processes and ensure continuous improvement. Ensure all Maintenance activities are done with the highest standards of professional ethics, acting as role model towards regions and Opco’s.• Maintenance: 3YMP’s: Align regional and local plans and budgets to Odfjell goals and strategy. Mentoring and supporting role for regional and local maintenance managers executing Capex projects.• Operational Excellence: Share operational, maintenance and QHSE best practices with regional and local organizations in order to maximize cost efficiency and support and further enhance operational excellence. • Networking: within and between the regions and terminals. Cooperate with other members of the local organizations to ensure delivery of joint targets, and to ensure high quality project delivery to internal and external customers. Being a Global sparring partner towards technical and maintenance managers.In 2017 I successfully implemented a risk based approach in the Odfjell Capex process and execution of projects and will continue to further strengthening our terminal organizations by improving asset management, work processes and developing employees. By implementing an Asset Integrity Assurance program, we are focusing on effective and efficient asset management to support our business and to serve our customers in a Safe, reliable and efficient manner.

This will be defined based on the Terminal Master plans which are developed by each operating company.• Organisation, Policies, procedures and systems: Translate and implement the Technical policies, standards, principles and processes to the division and ensure continuous improvement. Ensure all Maintenance activities within the Division are done with the highest standards on professional ethics, acting as role model towards Divisions and Opco’s.• Maintenance: 5YMP’s: Definition, Planning and budgets, execution of 5 year maintenance plans. Functionally responsible for maintenance projects managed by local Maintenance Manager.• Procurement: good procurement and contracting strategies for EMEA terminals.• Operational Excellence: Align business requirements within division and between divisions with other divisional Maintenance/Technical managers in line with the Vopak standards, in order to maximize cost efficiency and support and further enhance operational excellence. Assist the business in technically competent teams• Networking: within and between the divisions and terminals. Share best practices and cooperate with other members of the Division teams to ensure delivery of joint targets, and cooperate with other Divisions to ensure high quality project delivery across Vopak. Acting as a sparring partner towards technical and maintenance managers.During 2014 I have focused on the value creating exercise for Vopak EMEA, successfully reducing sustaining Capex budgets without creating additional risk to our terminals when it comes to the safety, business, operation or environmental area, leading to savings and additional free cashflow within the Vopak network.

This includes among other things renegotiating existing contracts and setting up new contracts to improve service to our internal and external customers.Authorizer of Task Risk Analysis (TRA) Responsible for Emerson DeltaV (DCS) maintenance services and system enhancements.Technical support in Service improvement plan project for Westpoort(SIMPP).Technical Interface in contacts with local authorities and industrial area network, Vopak central organization and between terminal and main contractors in warranty discussions.
