During 2015 the focus was to get the teams to focus on the most important activities instead of trying to solve everything in parallel. My main mission was then to ensure that the different development units (Lund, Kista, Beijing, Tokyo and Raleigh) had a common development strategy, supplier base, processes and test methods within electro mechanics.
