I have spent over 20 years with Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) Group in Austria and CEE, holding positions in Corporate Banking, Corporate Operations, Process Management and Information Technology.I am an experienced Project Manager (PMI, 6Sigma BB, Lean Navigator) with business and process knowledge in Corporate, Operations, Risk and IT as well as practical knowledge in O365 Collaboration tools.I am a member of MS Power Platform Center of Excellence in RBI and founder of MS Power Platform Community for RBI Group, which addresses development of PowerApps, PowerAutomate and - selectively - PowerBI. I act as PowerUser for MS Office, SharePoint Online and MS Teams (O365 Ambassador function) and work on practical use cases for integration of O365 tools.I have initiated, developed and contionously moderate RBI's internal Q&A and Knowledge exchange platform, SharePoint based.I implemented and annually execute RBI Group-wide, holistic capacity-to-process mapping for intenral benchmarking and pin-pointing of efficiency gain.I am an active corporate volunteer with H.Stepic CEE Charity (https://www.stepicceecharity.org/), taking care of digitalisation and optimizing administration and back office.
